Library Rules

• All students of the school are members of the library.
• Strict Discipline and silence are to be observed in the library.
• Students are not allowed to bring their personal books or belongings to the library.
• Lending of books from the Library is not permissible.
• Each class will avail at least one library period per week.
• Text books, reference books, journals and periodicals are to be read in the library or reading room only. They are not meant for home issue.
• Library Books should be used properly and must be returned in good condition at the end of the period.
• In case the book is lost or damaged while in your possession, you will be required to replace the book by a new copy of the same title and latest edition. In case you are unable to procure the same from the market. You may be allowed to pay the current price of the book as ascertained from the publisher’s catalogue. In case there has not been any edition of the book the price as recorded in the Accession Register may be charged and a proper receipt will be issued for the same.
• “No dues certificates” for each student is to be obtained from the librarian while withdrawing any student from the school.
