SCHOOL FEE : (Mode of Payment)

Tuition fee for the academic year can be paid at once by 10th April. It can be paid in three instalments, on or before the following dates:

First Term Fee to be paid at the time of Admission in June

Second Term Fee to be paid before September

Third Term Fee to paid before January

Fee has to be paid by the date mentioned or else a late fee of Rs. 100/- per month has to be paid. If the fee is not paid for 3 months, then the child’s name will be struck off from the rolls. A re- admission fee of Rs. 500/- will have to be paid for continuation.

THE PRINCIPAL’S WRITTEN PERMISSION IS REQUIRED :

• To make a collection for any purpose what so ever.
• To arrange for a meeting, a party, a picnic etc.
• To leave the school premises during working hours.
• For any student to join a sports meet or to play a tournament or to participate in any other event.

WITHDRAWALS / ISSUE OF T.C.

• If a child has to be withdrawn from the school in the middle of the academic year, to obtain T.C., the tuition fees and all the other fees for full year should be paid.
• If a child has to be withdrawn from the school at the end of the academic year, to obtain T.C., a written application to be given to the Principal on or before 31st March. No transfer certificate shall be issued till all the school dues are paid.
• School authorities may issue T.C on the following situations :
• For any student to join a sports meet or to play a tournament or to participate in any other event.
  • Indisciplined.
  • Un satisfactory Academic Progress
  • Detention or repeated detention in a class.
